CAIN Grant Award: Developing and Maintaining Resiliency for Workplace Stress and Burnout Among Healthcare Workers 

Aim 1: Compare personal and professional well-being levels between participants of an employee resilience program and a group of matched, non-participants. 

Aim 2: Assess changes in employee well-being outcomes after attending resilience program to determine the need for booster sessions.

Role: Co-principal investigator

Responsibilities: Worked with academic collaborators, organization stakeholders, and student volunteers to develop assessment tools, recruit and engage over 650 participants, and analyze and report data.
